I am so happy you have chosen me to help you achieve your hair goals! I cannot wait to get started! However there are a couple things we need to go over first!

Our time together is so important to me, and so is staying on schedule. I want all of my clients to feel like they have my full attention, including you! For this reason if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service(s) will require rescheduling. I do ask for 48 hours notice in cancelling or rescheduling. I understand that things come up, but without 24 hours notice there will be a $25 per service rebooking fee. This includes but is not limited to appointments 15+ minutes late. No show appointments will be invoiced for 50% of their scheduled services and that amount is due immediately.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Yes! I do ask you to schedule appointments as I don't typically have an opening for "walk ins". When I am not at the salon I am typically running errands, grocery shopping, spending time with family, or catching up on sleep.. just like you!

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

It is always recommended to pre-book your next appointment at your current visit. If you are a first time client I suggest booking 3-4 weeks in advance for daytime appointments. If you need a night time or Saturday appointment, I suggest booking 5-8 weeks in advance as these fill quickly!

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

I do request that all children and friends stay home. This time is all about YOU! Being in a suite, I don't have a ton of space for visitors.

Is my secret safe with you?

Absolutely. I always say I am better than a therapist. AND you walk out feeling beautiful! I pride myself on keeping a safe environment that makes everyone feel comfortable. It is a huge reason I have wanted to open my own suite!

I want to schedule an appointment, how do I know what service to choose?

I currently have virgin hair (or previous highlights) and I want highlights..

Choose "Mini Custom Color" if you want just a few face framing foils, "Partial Custom Color" if you are looking for a more natural look, "Full Custom Color" for all over highlights, this can be as subtle or strong as wanted and includes foils underneath for when you pull your hair up. This service also includes any lived in, balayage type service. 

I want a haircut with my color service.

Choose "Haircut" from the add on menu after choosing your color service.

I have blonde (or lighter) hair now and I want to go darker.

Choose "All Over Color" as your service ifyou are looking for a solid, darker color. If you are looking to maintain dimension in your color, please choose "Full Custom Color".

I can't decide what I want to do with my hair but it needs HELP!!!

If you are unsure of what you want I will always suggest a complimentary consultation! This can be booked from the link below and will be a 30 minute appointment to discuss any issues you're having, your daily routine, and long term goals to decide what would be best suited for your lifestyle.

I have box dye on my hair and I want to go lighter.

This will be more than likely considered a color correction and is at an hourly rate. All hourly rate appointments require a complimentary consultation. Hourly services are only able to be booked by myself as we will discuss how long the appointment will need to be at the consultation.

I want extensions! What do I book?

Extensions are a special appointment. They do require a consultation where we will discuss if extensions are right for your lifestyle. At this appointment we will discuss price of hair based on length, volume, and color. The cost of the hair is due before an install appointment will be booked. Hair typically arrives within 3-4 weeks of date ordered. 

If I need to book more than one service, what do I do?

Most services have the option of adding on a haircut or treatment. If you are receiving two separate services within one appointment such as a color appointment as well as extensions, please click the add service button to add a second service. 

What do I do if I know I will be running late?

Please email me at TheBlondeIdentitySalon@gmail.com if you are running a few minutes behind, to see if you will be able to receive full services. Any appointments running more than 15 minutes behind may be deemed a "no show" appointment and will be sent a fee due immediately.
