Policies

SERVICE RE-DO/RETURN POLICY:

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color that we discussed, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Retail purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund if unused, or a store credit if used.

 

FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. If more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and considered "No Show". Should this happen, you will be invoiced for 50% of scheduled services due immediately. After 3 No Shows, you will no longer be able to schedule appointments.
